Very disappointed with the service. I visited this workshop for general tuning based on their good Google reviews, but unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. The main technician seemed inexperienced and not fully aware of the procedures, which is something he clearly didn't know how to do himself. After the service, my car's fuel average dropped significantly, and the pickup has worsened noticeably. This kind of careless work has affected my car's performance. I regret trusting the reviews and won't be visiting again. Not recommended for those looking for knowledgeable or professional service. And also he charged me 5000 only for just simple tuning And he kept my remaining oil after oil change very disappointed He should have used device for rpm stability but he didn't Rpm now is unstable as well instead of tune He just worsen it

January 2, 2026I recently got my car (Honda City 2012) serviced at Auto Surgeon Workshop, at I-10/3, and honestly, it was one of the best experiences I’ve had with a mechanic in Islamabad. Sanaullah is an amazing person — the way he guides you and explains things in detail really builds trust. His team, especially Ahmed, is also very skilled and respectful. They worked on several things for my car: Cleaned the disc brakes (were making alot of noises) Fixed the rear wheel bearing (continues humming sound were coming) Replaced the rear brake shoes Resolved the ABS sensor light issue The work was neat, professional, and done at very reasonable prices. What impressed me the most was their attitude — when I arrived, he asked me to sit, offered chai and kawa, and treated me like a valued customer, not just another job. It’s rare to find such honest and competent mechanics these days. Highly recommended! May Allah bless them with more success — I’ll surely be visiting again for engine tuning soon.

February 21, 2026brought my brv 2021 to Sanaullah Saab, My check engine light was on and my car was giving an avg of 14km per litre, he diagnosed my car and temperature sensor was an issue, then he tuned my car and the avg went upto 14 to 17.5. he was very professional with his work and did an impressive job and affordable as well.

I’d been struggling with an engine-missing issue for weeks, even after a previous tune-up. With my 8-to-5 job, I barely had time to sort it out. After reading great reviews, I found Auto Surgeon and Sanaullah Bhai (the sign is a bit hidden). He welcomed me warmly, took a test drive, and immediately began a careful inspection and tuning. He diagnosed faulty spark plugs, fixed them, and handed the car back after another test drive. After 50 km of driving, the difference is clear: smooth engine response and a genuinely enjoyable drive. Professional, honest, and skilled in short highly recommended!

What a humble self made man with passion to fix cars using high end gear to diagnose, repair and test hybrid cars. I took my fathers feilder 2017 hybrid for fixing ABS not only it was fixed professionally in competitive pricing but also warrenties his work basing on item fixed in the car Special auto surgeon service works i never had such an impact on cars fuel efficiency with any kind of service before my car went from 16-17 KMPL to 23-24 KMPL Not only Sannaullah bhai fix the car he also guided on what values to check for problems nust to make his customer aware. I can go on but i think this would summarise my experience truly a car surgeon.
