I recently got my car (Honda City 2012) serviced at Auto Surgeon Workshop, at I-10/3, and honestly, it was one of the best experiences I’ve had with a mechanic in Islamabad. Sanaullah is an amazing person — the way he guides you and explains things in detail really builds trust. His team, especially Ahmed, is also very skilled and respectful. They worked on several things for my car: Cleaned the disc brakes (were making alot of noises) Fixed the rear wheel bearing (continues humming sound were coming) Replaced the rear brake shoes Resolved the ABS sensor light issue The work was neat, professional, and done at very reasonable prices. What impressed me the most was their attitude — when I arrived, he asked me to sit, offered chai and kawa, and treated me like a valued customer, not just another job. It’s rare to find such honest and competent mechanics these days. Highly recommended! May Allah bless them with more success — I’ll surely be visiting again for engine tuning soon.

November 10, 2025I went there for my steering rack change. He did not lock the steering wheel before disassembling the steering rack. Due to which the spring o clock kit inside the steering column got broken. He was not ready to admit his mistake although I knew he's at fault. My car is a very rare chevrolet it was very difficult to find the genuine part. My expirence at auto surgeon was very bad not going there again ever!!

July 6, 2023I have a Toyota Pixis 2013 and had an issue with my engine check light, plus the drive wasn’t smooth. After going through the reviews here, I went to Mr. Sanaullah and got my car diagnosed. In no time, he fixed the issues, and did not charge me for spark plug cleaning out of goodwill! You hardly get that anywhere these days. A 10/10 from my side. Keep up the good work.
